Cake of curd

Ingredients:

1Kg of curd;

10 eggs;

500 g of flour;

500 g of sugar;

50 g of melt chocolate;

100 g of oil;

1 great lemon;

Preparation:

Knead 500 g. of flour with two eggs, 100 g. of sugar and 100 g. of oil and draw a big puff to stretch out in a baking-pan for form, previously greasy with oil, covering the brings of baking-pan too. Separately, mix eight eggs with 400 g. of sugar, 1 Kg. of curd, chocolate and lemon. Pour out, then, homogeneous compound obtained, in the baking-pan, covering this one and the brings with some little stripes of pastry. Put in oven, already warm, at 160° C and bake for 30 minutes.
