El verano no est\u00e1 hecho para pasar horas en la cocina, y la gran mayor\u00eda de la gente no cuida tanto su dieta como el resto del a\u00f1o, pero una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada no implica hacer platos contundentes, ni perder mucho tiempo en la elaboraci\u00f3n, se pueden hacer recetas f\u00e1ciles y sabrosas a la vez que saludables.&nbsp;<br><br>Los expertos nutricionistas de&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nutritienda.com\/\">www.nutritienda.com<\/a>,&nbsp;la empresa online l\u00edder en productos de salud y belleza, apuestan por una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable que aporte energ\u00eda y no haga sumar d\u00edgitos a la b\u00e1scula. Y por ello han elaborado ocho recetas muy f\u00e1ciles de preparar, tres entrantes, tres segundos y dos postres para combinar como uno quiera, siempre siguiendo una dieta variada y equilibrada:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Croquetas de batata y champi\u00f1ones<\/strong><br><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 40 minutos<br><br>Ingredientes para 2 personas:<br><br><\/strong>&#8211; 1 batata<br>&#8211; 100 g de champi\u00f1ones<br>&#8211; 40 g de queso mozzarella<br>&#8211; Medio puerro<br>&#8211; Cebolla en polvo<br>&#8211; Ajo en polvo<br>&#8211; 1 cucharada de cebollino picado<br>&#8211; Aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal y pimienta<br>&#8211; Rebozado: 1 huevo y harina de almendra<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<br><br><\/strong>1. Asar la batata. Se puede asar en el microondas con 1 chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra y sal para ahorrar tiempo. 10 minutos a m\u00e1xima potencia ser\u00e1n suficiente, conviene pincharla antes con un palillo. Una vez est\u00e9 asada, la pelaremos y la aplastaremos con el tenedor Despu\u00e9s hasta formar una especie de pur\u00e9.<br>2. Picar en trozos muy peque\u00f1os los champi\u00f1ones, el puerro, la cebolla y el cebollino. Saltear en una sart\u00e9n durante unos minutos.<br>3. Mezclar el salteado con el pur\u00e9 de batata y a\u00f1adir el queso rallado, una pizca de sal, pimienta, ajo y cebolla en polvo, taparlo con papel film y dejar reposar en la nevera durante 2 horas.<br>4. Es el momento de dar forma a las croquetas y pasar por huevo y harina.
